Welcome to Aapka Fluentways. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a class, signing up for an account, or simply browsing our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services Provided

Aapka Fluentways provides 1-on-1 expert coaching for English Speaking, IELTS preparation, and Soft Skills training, as well as small group sessions (5–10 students) for international languages including French, German, and Japanese. The content, schedule, and mentors are subject to availability and may change from time to time.

3. Booking and Cancellations

All sessions must be booked in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you can do so from your dashboard up to 2 hours before its scheduled start. Sessions cannot be cancelled within 2 hours of the start time. A booked session that you miss counts as used and is deducted from your session pack.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only. Any behavior that is disruptive, offensive, or violates the rights of our mentors or other students may result in the immediate termination of your account without a refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during the coaching sessions, including but not limited to worksheets, PDFs, videos, and presentations, are the intellectual property of Aapka Fluentways. You may not distribute, reproduce, or use these materials for commercial purposes without explicit permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Aapka Fluentways makes every effort to ensure the quality of our coaching. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, such as passing an exam or achieving a certain band score. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting the new terms on this site.
